HISTORY

Dyson & Associates, Inc. was started in 1963 by Wade Dyson as a construction and property management company with a focus on facilities maintenance. Dyson Plumbing Services was started by Steven Dyson in 1997 as a subsidiary of Dyson & Associates, Inc. and focused on plumbing and gas repairs. Dyson Services, LLC was formed in October of 2005 to focus on plumbing, gas, and backflow prevention. Since our beginning we have focused on emergency services because we feel that sewer stoppages, water leaks, gas leaks, and lack of hot water are important issues that require quick yet quality service. We are and have always been locally owned and operated in Hanahan, SC. We are a full service mechanical plumbing company licensed by the state of South Carolina to engage in plumbing and gas work. We are also certified by DHEC to test and repair backflow prevention assemblies. We feel that everyone should utilize only licensed and insured contractors and sub-contractors, therefore we ensure that our license and insurance are always up to date. MISSION

Our goal for Dyson Services, LLC is to provide dependable and quality work to our customers at a reasonable price. We strongly feel that only properly licensed and insured contractors should be used for any  type of plumbing or mechanical work in residences or businesses. We strive to maintain our insurance and license status, therefore we do not attempt to compete with unlicensed individuals engaging in the plumbing and mechanical fields. Our competitive pricing strategy only competes against those companies and individuals who are properly licensed by the State of SC Contractors' Licensing Board. When you call us we promise to treat you with respect and put our 30 plus years of experience to work for you no matter how big or small your job may be. Finally, because our company is family owned, you will always be able to deal directly with an owner or manager because we feel it is important that our customers be treated as we would like to be treated.
