We believe that some problems don't require a plumber to visit, diagnose, and charge you for a simple repair. Some problems are simple and can be fixed by you, the homeowner, with minimal effort. We will gladly listen to your problem and offer a simple diagnosis, if one is available. We don't charge our customers for advice. However, we must mention that any attempt by a homeowner or any other unlicensed individual to repair a component of the plumbing system is done at that person's own risk. Therefore, if we attempt to diagnose a problem over the phone or online, we will not assume any liability for damage that may occur if an unlicensed individual or homeowner attempts to repair the item.
