We take pride in offering our services at a reasonable and often times discounted price. We feel that as a fully licensed plumbing company we offer very fair pricing in regards to our competitors. We must admit that we do not consider "handymen" and unlicensed persons our competitors because they are not held to the same standard by State and Local Municipalities. So please remember that our pricing reflects our fully licensed status but if you compare our pricing closely to our competitors you will notice that we offer very good rates.

Service Charge = $45.00

What does this mean?

We offer up front pricing on all service work. Most service work involves replacing old parts so we can only give you a fair price if we actually diagnose the problem and determine every item that must be serviced. We will diagnose the problem and provide a repair price at the time of service which requires that we charge a $45 service charge. If you allow us to complete the repair then we will waive the $45 service charge and charge only the amount stated in the repair price.

We do not offer an on-line price list but will be more than happy to quote a verbal price over the phone based on information that you provide. The problem with providing a price list is that simple repairs usually involve more than one billable item. For example, a simple faucet replacement may also require new shut off valves. These new shut off valves would increase the price for the faucet repair but would not be as much as our list would quote if we were only replacing the shut off valves.

Example

  The difference of $30.00 is because labor is factored different on items we are doing at the same time of service. We feel that an on-line price list would not show the true charge involved because the simplest repairs often involve multiple repair items so we prefer to provide you with an itemized price after diagnosis.

Free Estimates

Estimates are free for sewer line replacements, new home piping, new piping to additions, complete re-pipes, kitchen/bath remodeling, new gas service, new backflow prevention installs. We also provide free estimates for upgrading electric water heaters to gas water heaters.
